A+ PC was founded by Charles Stouff, who began his journey in computer repair after experiencing technical issues firsthand. He trained at the Lancaster School of Technology and HACC, earning CompTIA certifications and launching his business in 2001. In 2005, he opened the storefront on Columbia Ave.
