THE  INVESTIGATION- A certified technician will thoroughly test all components in your computer to isolate the problem and give you an honest analysis and suggestion on how to proceed. *This package is free if another package or service is purchased.

THE  INVESTIGATION with written insurance claim form - Need to fill out an insurance claim for your home owners insurance? We will send a certified technician to inspect your system and fill out a form for you to submit to your insurance company.* We provide the form and will also be the contact for your insurance company's questions.

THE  OPTIMIZATION- Just like your car needs its oil changed, your computer needs regular maintenance to keep it running at its top performance. Our technicians will install Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software and remove ALL dangerous spy/adware and viruses. We will speed up boot and startup time. Repair all system errors, update system files, clear cache and unwanted temporary files. We will also use other utilities to speed up your computer's performance.
