We have been customers for the past two years. Two years ago, I called you on a whim out of the phonebook, because you lived close to us in Pequea. You came to my home to pick up our tower, fixed it in a very timely manner and then delivered it back to me at my place of employment. I took it home and I couldn\'t get the printer to work, frustration hit!! I called and on a Saturday morning you came to my house again and installed the printer drivers. Some time passed has passed, which tells me you fixed it right and this past December this computer had another issue, you took care of it in less than 24 hours, then a week later we still were experiencing problems and once gain...you took care of it in a few hours. Customer Service such as this is almost unheard of. I have recommended you to anyone looking for PC repair. Your knowledge and service, and reasonable prices guarantee we will continue to use your services. You definitely deserve an A+ for your service and expertise.
